What is JobNeters:

JobNeters is a Web 2.0 service which aggregates job ads from UK websites and also offers a referral system to help recruiters find talented people thanks to referrers.

What is the reward given to the referrer:

As the referrer's role is important in the hiring process, our recruiters will give a reward if the hire is successful. Referrers filter the applications and support the applications. JobNeters encourages referrers to give all their rewards to the charities which have been selected.

If I'm a Job Seeker and I apply through a referrer, what is the procedure:

Your referrer has to accept your request and fill the referrer part of your application.

Can I forward an interesting job ad:

Yes, simply go to your account and refer somebody you know to this job ad, this person could apply for the job or refer somebody else afterwards.

How do I get a reward:

You will receive a gift cheque from Grafton when the recruiters hire the person you referrred and when JobNeters receives the money from the recruiter, specific for this reward.

How can I search for jobs:

Simply go to the homepage, and type in the search box your criteria, to find the best available job in our aggregate database of jobs. At the top of your research results, the jobs with a referral process will appear. You'll be able to apply or to refer somebody you know.

How can I check the status of my referral:

Simply log into JobNeters and go to your account. You will see the list of your referrals and their respective status.
